The INDRHO (Human Resources & Development Research Team at the UdS has 7 senior and 3 junior researchers. The Team offers diversified competences and resources. As a consequence, the project will draw on a wealth of experience and will profit from the constant interaction of the Team with Spanish and European organisations employment related, such as trade unions.
Dr. Francisco J. Medina (Dean of the School of Psychology) can count on a research Team, whose members provide expertise in the fields of employment relations and conflict management, working conditions and health, inclusion in organisational contexts. The group is leader in its field of research which is reflected in the number of publications, fundraising and participation in different European project on related issues. The team also has an outstanding research transfer to Spanish and European organisations, mainly in the field of employment relations, collaborating with the Andalusian Council of Employment Relations, the main trade unions in Spain (UGT and CCOO) and the main labour dispute resolution systems in Europe.
The Uds will be in charge of the activities relating to Work Package 4, hence dealing with the collection of quantitative and qualitative data on care workers’ well-being and health, and the data analysis of the variables obtained from Work Packages 2 and 3. In addition to this, the UdS will actively contribute to the carrying out of the activities of several other Work Packages (WPs, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8).
